In this gouache and ink illustration I played primarily with color and line. I wanted to create a environment that has an airy, groundless quality with lines loosely indicating architectural structures inspired by Paul Klee. This card has a cheery and whimsical quality that was a perfect match for a get well message. Concept, text, graphic design, and illustration by Nicole Piar.
